  • Develop and implement strategy-based lead generation for the areas of community development and innovation and market development, focusing on value creation for the Tech for Good movement.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress towards goals, including social impact metrics.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team with a focus on generating substantial financial and social impact. The core aspect of this BDM role is taking a strategic approach to lead generation and building meaningful partnerships across People, Private and Public (3Ps) Sector. This entails developing strategies for engaging collaborative prospects and crafting proposals to build a healthy pipeline by identifying organizations that employ innovative technologies and business models and securing new partnerships that transform the business’s ability to drive economic and societal impact.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth while also advancing the social well-being of the communities we serve. The BDM is one who is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity, as we strive to be the innovators and first movers in our field. The BDM will work closely with other teams to identify rewarding business opportunities and create innovative solutions that stimulate beneficial economic and social impact.



The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development; background in technology will be a bonus

  • Excellent strategic and analytical acumen with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset; a natural problem solverS

  • Strong motivation, drive, energy and ambition to achieve revenue and social impact growth.

  • Flexibility and adaptability, with strong inclination for driving growth through innovative thinking and collaborations.

  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and networks with all stakeholders.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies that contribute to strong financial and social impact.

  • An in-depth comprehension of market research and analysis, with particular emphasis on opportunity identification.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced setting and oversee multiple projects concurrently.

  • Passion and interest in technologies and creating positive social impact.
