✅ Social Innovation Park (SIP) and Unicorns For Good (UFG) are proud to have facilitated a transformative Mindful Leaders Learning Journey through mystical Tibet, guiding over 40 distinguished leaders from the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) on an immersive experience of awakening and growth.

✨ We were deeply honored to receive VVIP access to the Potala Palace, hosted by the Chief Rimpoche. Throughout this journey, we enjoyed mindful walks by sacred Tibetan lakes, meditation at energy centers, and profound teachings from esteemed rinpoches.

🧘‍♀ The Impact of Mindful Leadership

Participants left with renewed approaches to leadership and decision-making. Many reported increased awareness, inner peace, and compassion, as well as ability to make wiser, more impactful decisions.

💬 One participant, Gladdy He, YPO’s Learning Chair and CEO at Become Consulting Company Limited, shared a powerful testimonial:

“The Mindful Leadership Journey to Tibet, led by Penny Low and Elisabetta Jiang, was transformative. I gained clarity on a major decision that will positively affect my personal and professional life, as well as my community. I highly recommend this program to anyone seeking to enhance their leadership and well-being through mindfulness.”
